SHIPPING

All items are packed & shipped with care from our studio and warehouse in Rocky River, Ohio.

Orders ship via UPS or USPS. We are always willing to work with you to select the cheapest shipping option. We know it can be expensive! We ship fairly quickly, about 1-2 days upon receiving your order and will email you with your tracking number once it ships out.

Some items may be out of stock or need extra time if made to order. If so, we will contact you with a time frame, usually about 3-7 days.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Stash Style creates small batch goods that are not mass produced. Each piece takes time and effort to produce by our very small team. Our products are hand silk screened, hand sewn, hand dyed, or made from vintage materials. We love that each piece is one of a kind but understand that it may not work for everyone. However, we are a small business and unable to accept returns.

Instead, we can happily offer you an exchange or give you store credit. If you need to exchange, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Please get in touch if you would like to swap out for a different size, different style, or different item altogether. Once we receive your goods and they are in the same condition as we sent them, we will exchange or confirm your store credit.

WHOLESALE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the item. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund.

 

If anything is broken or damaged from shipping, please take and email us a picture of the damages so we can file a claim with UPS/USPS.

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
