Rise was created for those who meet each day with a loving and tenacious heart, come what may. Layered together are several historic engravings from the 18th century, including English floral landscapes by artist William Woolett. The woman boldly greeting the sun, is so strong in her posture and stepping forward to meet the day in her bare feet with joy! The trim comes from an intricate watercolor and ink drawing of and American heritage quilt from the 1930’s.
